Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. The role requires excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, while ensuring Good communication ,guest satisfaction, responsible service of alcohol, hygiene, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Suggest and upsell premium spirits, cocktails, and food pairings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.
• Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare requisitions, and minimize wastage.
• Assist in creating new cocktails and seasonal bar menus.
• Maintain glassware, bar tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them effectively.
• Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with service staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of bartending experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or lounges.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar operations.
• Certification in bartending / mixology preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Creativity and flair in mixology (R&D skills a plus).

Salary Range

₹33,00 to 38,000
