Bartender – Job Role & Responsibilities1. Drink Preparation & ServicePrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks. Handle bar equipment like shakers, pourers, blenders, and POS billing systems. 2. Customer ServiceGreet guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences. Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional bar atmosphere. Resolve guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Bar OperationsMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area. Restock and replenish bar inventory, garnishes, glassware, and supplies. Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. 4. Cash Handling & BillingManage billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions through POS. Maintain accuracy while processing orders and closing bills. 5. Inventory & Stock ManagementTrack daily consumption and assist in stock ordering. Conduct regular inventory checks and prevent wastage or pilferage. 6. Team CollaborationWork closely with service staff, barbacks, and management for smooth operations. Support during events, high-volume hours, and special promotions.
