JOB LOCATION : DOHA, QATAR

Job Description:

Experienced Bartender In-Charge to oversee bar operations and craft high-quality beverages. The ideal candidate should have expertise in non-alcoholic beverages, as well as experience with barista-style coffee and related preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and craft a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other specialty drinks.
• Handle barista duties, including coffee brewing, latte art, and specialty coffee drinks.
• Train and supervise bar staff to maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Innovate and create new beverage recipes, keeping up with current trends.
• Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with expertise in non-alcoholic beverages.
• Experience as a barista or handling coffee/beverage preparation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and beverage preparation standards.
• Creativity and a passion for crafting new drinks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
