Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
  
• Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner to enhance their overall dining experience.
  
• Monitor inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and ensure proper storage of spirits and mixers.
  
• Handle POS billing, cash transactions, and record sales accurately.
  
• Recommend and upsell beverages to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  
• Follow all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and legal guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth order flow.
  
• Assist in new drink menu development and special event preparations.
  
• Report breakages, wastage, or discrepancies to the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel bar.
  
• Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Bartending preferred.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and customer-first approach.
