Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive and friendly service.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stocking and restocking bar supplies.
Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Knowledge: Stay informed about new beverages, recipes, and industry trends.
Compliance: Ensure all guests meet legal drinking age requirements and adhere to alcohol service regulations.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
Skills:
Excellent mixology and beverage preparation skills.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
