Barista/Server

As a Barista (Coffee)/Beverages Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages such as Coffees, Shakes, Mocktails, Smoothies & Bubble Teas, along with assisting in food preparation. Your role will also involve operating a semi-automatic coffee machine. A minimum of 2 years of experience in making drinks, serving, and order taking is required to excel in this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking orders accurately and focusing on upselling to enhance customer experience - Greeting customers upon their arrival and providing them with menus - Educating customers about the drinks and food menu, making recommendations based on their preferences - Following recipes strictly to prepare beverages - Serving beverages and food items, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area - Checking and ensuring proper operation of brewing equipment, reporting any maintenance issues - Adhering to health and safety regulations - Communicating customer feedback to managers and suggesting new menu items The qualifications and skills required for this role are: - Previous experience as a Barista, Beverages Maker, Mixologist, or food preparer & server (1-2 years minimum) - Proficiency in operating brewing equipment and order taking - Knowledge of sanitation regulations and basic math skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, mornings, and nights - Ability to understand and cater to customers' preferences - Excellent communication skills and a high school diploma (relevant training is a plus) This position is for Day and Night Shift Baristas at a cafe located in NSP, Pitampura. The cafe operates from 10:00 am to 5:30 am and offers food for its employees. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person. Experience of 2 years is preferred for this role.
