Barista/Server

As a barista at our company, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and packaging coffee and other beverage orders for both delivery and dine-in. Additionally, you will be expected to keep the work area clean and sanitized, maintain a stock of ingredients, prepare and serve dessert orders, clean and maintain equipment, assist guests with menu information, and provide a high-quality experience to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, serve, and package coffee and other beverage orders - Keep work area clean and sanitized - Maintain stock of ingredients - Prepare and serve dessert orders - Clean and maintain equipment - Assist guests with menu information and recommendations - Provide a high-quality experience to customers Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a barista - Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - An undergraduate degree or Diploma in any specialization is a plus - 1-2 years of food and beverage service industry experience is a plus Please note that the job is full-time, with benefits such as leave encashment and paid time off. You must be able to reliably commute to the work location in Bangalore, Karnataka. Fluency in English is required, and availability for night shifts is preferred.
