Barista

A barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, as well as handling customer orders and payments. They also maintain a clean and organized work area, and may assist with food preparation and inventory management. Baristas need strong customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for coffee and tea. Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation:Making and serving coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
• Customer Service:Greeting customers, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and handling payments.
• Food Preparation:Assisting with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and other cafe items.
• Equipment Operation:Operating coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and sanitizing surfaces.
• Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and potentially placing orders.
• Team Collaboration:Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Following Safety and Hygiene Standards:Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
