Collaborate with the management team to design seasonal or themed menus. Ensure all kitchen operations comply with hygiene and safety standards. Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation. Monitor food inventory, manage stock, and minimize waste. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a chef (preferably in a fusion or contemporary café/restaurant). Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines. Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills. Position:-Barista Organization: AaKarMil Cafe Location: Hanuman Road, Vile Parle (E) Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Café Manager Position Overview The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to operational protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. The Barista will also support daily café operations, including inventory management, hygiene maintenance, and order coordination. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Beverage Preparation:- Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to Aakarmil Café standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality for all beverages. 2. Customer Service:- Greet customers courteously and assist with menu queries. Provide prompt and professional service during order taking and delivery. 3. Café Operations:- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, equipment, and seating area. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including stock checks and reporting. 4. Inventory & Stock Management:- Monitor and replenish ingredients, supplies, and packaging items. Report shortages or equipment issues to the Café Manager. Assist in managing wastage and ensuring proper stock rotation. 5.
