Location:

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience and skill)

About Us

UNA – By Garde Manger is Raipur’s most loved and aesthetic café, known for its artisanal coffee, cold brews, wellness teas, and refreshing mocktails.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages (hot & cold), including espresso-based drinks, cold brews, pour-overs, and specialty mocktails.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee menu, beans, brewing methods, and ingredient options (e.g., almond/coconut/oat milks)
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Calibrate machines and maintain coffee equipment regularly.
• Knowledge of matcha preparation is a plus (not mandatory).

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on barista or café experience
• Knowledge of espresso machines, coffee grinders, and manual brewing methods (French Press, V60, etc.)
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn & innovate.
