Barista

A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages, handles customer orders and payments, and maintains a clean and organized workspace. They also engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.

• Preparing and Serving Beverages: Baristas brew coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
• Knowledge of Coffee: Understanding different types of coffee, brewing methods, and flavors is beneficial.
• Customer Service: They greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide recommendations.
• Maintaining the Workspace: Keeping the coffee shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies is crucial.
• Operating Equipment: Baristas use espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Baristas need to be accurate in preparing drinks and handling orders.
