Job Description

A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages, handles customer orders and payments, and maintains a clean and organized workspace. They also engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.

Preparing and Serving Beverages: Baristas brew coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
Knowledge of Coffee: Understanding different types of coffee, brewing methods, and flavors is beneficial.
Customer Service: They greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide recommendations.
Maintaining the Workspace: Keeping the coffee shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies is crucial.
Operating Equipment: Baristas use espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers.
Attention to Detail: Baristas need to be accurate in preparing drinks and handling orders.
Ability to Multi-task: They often work in a fast-paced environment and need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Teamwork: Baristas work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
