Barista Trainer

As an experienced L&D Trainer at India's largest caf chain, your role will involve designing and delivering training programs for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership. You will be responsible for driving caf-specific initiatives to enhance service quality, hygiene, and safety. Additionally, you will evaluate training effectiveness to ensure a positive ROI and collaborate with HR and operations teams to implement impactful programs. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver training programs for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership. - Drive caf-specific initiatives to improve service quality, hygiene, and safety. - Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure a positive ROI. - Collaborate with HR and operations teams to roll out impactful programs. Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations, preferably in the coffee or QSR industry. Required Skills: - Proficiency in LMS/e-learning tools & reporting (Excel/Power BI). - Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards. - Excellent facilitation and communication skills. - Proficiency in Kannada language is a must. - Location: Rest of Karnataka & Kerala Please note that preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the coffee industry.,
