Job Title: Barista Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our café team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations. Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service. Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment efficiently. Ensure quality control and consistency in every drink served. Handle cash and billing operations accurately. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Follow hygiene and safety standards as per café policies. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant. Strong knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing preferred.
