Responsibilities:

• Coffee Craftsmanship:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and espresso beverages, consistently meeting high-quality standards.
• Master the art of

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operating correctly, demonstrating a strong understanding of

• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and assist with ordering.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Social Media Content Creation:

• Develop and execute creative

  (photos, videos, stories, reels) featuring our coffee, latte art, and cafe atmosphere.
• Showcase your latte art skills in engaging visual formats.
• Highlight the unique aspects of our coffee offerings and the brewing process.
• Brainstorm and implement new content ideas to increase online engagement and brand visibility.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Interact with our online community and respond to comments/messages as needed.

• Customer Service & Cafe Operations:

• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for all customers.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with general cafe cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barista, with a strong portfolio of

  latte art

• Demonstrable experience in

  social media content creation

  , including photography and video editing.
• Excellent knowledge of

  and other coffee brewing equipment, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
