Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee & beverages.
Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of café equipment.
Manage stock of coffee beans, syrups & consumables.
Deliver excellent customer service & engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of barista experience (coffee chains/cafés).
Knowledge of brewing methods, latte art, and café menu.
Good communication & customer interaction skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced café environment.
