Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Barista role based in Surat. The Senior Barista will oversee daily café operations, prepare high-quality coffee beverages to exacting standards, and ensure smooth customer experiences. Additional tasks include managing stock, maintaining cleanliness, guiding team members, and engaging with customers to foster a welcoming environment. This role requires leadership, a passion for coffee culture, and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in barista skills and food preparation to expertly create a variety of specialty coffee drinks and handle related equipment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks collaboratively with team members.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Passion for coffee is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or hospitality are a plus.
