Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Barista at Frappe & Yap. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages. Day-to-day tasks include: greeting customers with a warm demeanor, taking orders accurately, preparing beverages according to customer specifications, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes restocking supplies and ensuring that equipment is in proper working condition.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
