Should have knowledge of operating commercial espresso machines, coffee grinders, beverage blenders. Some food preparation knowledge of sandwiches, pizzas etc is useful. Should provide excellent customer service and maintain equipment. Should be punctual and clean. Should be able to take orders and operate billing pos terminal. Should be reliable and hard working and willing to work long hours. Should have a friendly personality and should be able to communicate with customers and other fellow colleagues politely.
