Barista

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our café team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, creating a welcoming atmosphere while expertly preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light snacks. If you have a passion for coffee, a commitment to quality, and a desire to provide excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, teas, etc.)
• Operate coffee machines and equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of the café menu and make recommendations to customers
• Ensure quality control and consistency in beverage preparation
• Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
• Support team members in daily operations and opening/closing tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
