The Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, managing customer interactions, developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing customer service, and providing training to sales staff. The role involves planning and executing promotional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The candidate should have the good data base from Corporates to sale the Gift items gift hampers etc. Preferred candidate profile The candidate who worked in Bakery & Confectionary sales is prefered.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and take accurate beverage and food orders. Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, seating area, and equipment. Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed throughout shifts. Handle payments, operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, and provide accurate change. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Upsell café products and promote seasonal items or loyalty programs. Support team members to ensure smooth café operations, especially during busy periods. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality. Qualifications and Skills: Previous barista or food service experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
