Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista who can prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and traditional Indian beverages such as Kashmiri Kahwa, Masala Chai, and Lassi, while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, mocktails, and traditional beverages that pair well with Mughlai cuisine.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of each beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and bar area as per FSSAI standards.
• Suggest beverage pairings to guests that complement their Mughlai dishes.
• Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer queries about drinks.
• Keep track of inventory, manage stock levels for coffee, tea, milk, spices, and other ingredients.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines during food and beverage preparation.
• Assist with occasional dessert and beverage plating for special occasions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a barista or in a beverage service role (experience with Indian/traditional drinks is a plus).
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, tea infusion techniques, and indigenous drinks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
