Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Hyderabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with food preparation, managing supplies, and creating a welcoming environment that aligns with Adhira & Appa Coffee's focus on community and inclusivity.

Qualifications

Experience with Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage meaningfully with customers and team members
Customer Service excellence, ensuring an enjoyable and welcoming experience for all guests
Experience with Food Preparation to assist in delivering quality menu items
Punctuality, teamwork, and a passion for coffee and customer engagement
Basic operational understanding of a caf setup is a plus
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
