Bar Head Mixologist

1. Cocktail Program Development: Conceptualize and execute innovative cocktail menus, promotions, and events. 2. Bar Operations: Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service. 3. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to ensure exceptional service, knowledge, and performance. 4. Brand Development: Develop and maintain the bar's brand identity, reputation, and customer loyalty. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory, minimize waste, and optimize profitability. 6. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. 7. Collaboration: Work with F&B team to promote bar programs, events, and promotions. Requirements: 1. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a mixologist or bartender, with leadership experience preferred. 2. Knowledge: Expert knowledge of spirits, mixers, and cocktail techniques. 3. Creativity: Ability to create innovative and balanced cocktails. 4. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. 5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
