Description
As an experienced mixologist or bartender, you will be responsible for various key aspects of our bar operations. Your primary focus will be on Cocktail Program Development, where you will be tasked with conceptualizing and executing innovative cocktail menus, promotions, and events to enhance our guests" overall experience. In addition to this, you will oversee the day-to-day Bar Operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, efficient staffing, and exceptional customer service delivery. Your role will also involve Team Leadership, where you will lead, train, and mentor our bar staff to guarantee exceptional service, knowledge, and performance standards are consistently met. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in Brand Development by establishing and maintaining the bar's brand identity, reputation, and fostering customer loyalty. You will be expected to monitor and control inventory effectively, minimize waste, and optimize profitability through Inventory Management practices. Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation will be a key focus area under Quality Control. Your ability to collaborate effectively with the Food & Beverage team to promote bar programs, events, and promotions will also be instrumental in ensuring the overall success of our bar operations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender, with a strong preference for leadership experience. Expert knowledge of spirits, mixers, and cocktail techniques is essential, along with a proven track record of creating innovative and balanced cocktails. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are also crucial for success in this position.
