1. Supervise bar staff and ensure smooth daily operations. 2. Create staff schedules and manage shift rotations. 3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers. 4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. 5. Maintain high standards of customer service. 6. Develop and innovate drink menus and promotions. 7. Train new staff and conduct regular performance evaluations. 8. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently. Qualification : Bsc catering , Diploma 1-5 years of Experience.
