Bar Executive

The Bar Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high-quality service standards, maintaining beverage stock, supervising bar staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and achieving beverage sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bar Operations:

Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth functioning during all shifts.

Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to hotel standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.

Monitor bar inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.

Check expiry dates and ensure proper storage of all beverages and garnishes.

2. Guest Service:

Ensure courteous, prompt, and efficient service to guests.

Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.

Build good guest relations and ensure repeat business through excellent service.

3. Staff Supervision & Training:

Supervise bartenders, bar attendants, and stewards.

Conduct regular training sessions on beverage knowledge, service standards, and hygiene practices.

Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shifts efficiently.

4. Sales & Cost Control:

Promote signature cocktails, premium brands, and upselling opportunities.

Monitor beverage cost, wastage, and consumption.

Maintain daily sales reports and assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bar operations in a reputed hotel or restaurant.

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar operations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure and flexible with work hours.

Certification in bartending or mixology (preferred).

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
