Banquet Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations at our wedding and event venue. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering seamless, high-quality service for every event. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all banquet events from planning to execution Work closely with clients to understand event requirements and ensure satisfaction Supervise banquet staff including servers, setup crew, and housekeeping Oversee event setup, décor, and overall ambiance according to client preferences Ensure timely service of food and beverages during events Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations Handle client queries and resolve any issues during events promptly Prepare event reports, staff schedules, and feedback summaries
