Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Manager, located in Alwal. The Banquet Manager will oversee the daily operations of banquet services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, coordinating with catering and decoration teams, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Banquet Manager will ensure seamless event execution and handle any issues that arise during events to provide a memorable experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills with 5+ years of experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in managing Food & Beverage services
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in events or hospitality management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
