Banquet Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and smooth operation of events across our banquet venues. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, manage staff efficiently, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute banquets, weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
• Manage banquet staff including servers, coordinators, and setup crew.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Handle client interactions, including pre-event briefings, custom requirements, and on-site supervision.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure all venues are maintained in excellent condition and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare event schedules, timelines, and staff rosters.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during high-volume events.
• Knowledge of event planning, catering operations, and guest management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
