Banking Internship Program (Non-Paid)

Job Description:

• Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them professionally and directing them to the appropriate banking officers or assisting with basic inquiries.
• Operational Support: Assist Branch Operations Managers with daily tasks such as balancing cash drawers (under supervision), processing check deposits, and organizing customer files.
• Product Knowledge: Learn the features and benefits of our core banking products (savings, checking, credit cards, loans) to identify cross-selling opportunities and educate customers.
• Digital Banking Advocacy: Assist customers in setting up and navigating mobile banking apps and online portals, helping to drive digital adoption.
• Compliance & Administration: Assist with regulatory compliance tasks, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, data entry, and audit preparation.
• Shadowing: Shadow Personal Bankers and Loan Officers during client meetings to observe relationship management and sales techniques.
