About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Banking Head to lead our Banking Academy and train aspiring candidates in core banking operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in the banking sector, preferably at an Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Vice President (VP) level, with in-depth knowledge of retail banking, corporate banking, compliance, operations, credit, and customer service.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Train and mentor candidates on end-to-end banking processes, products, and operations.
• Develop and deliver training modules on banking fundamentals, KYC/AML, credit, risk, customer handling, branch operations, and digital banking.
• Ensure candidates gain practical knowledge aligned with industry standards.
• Monitor trainee progress and conduct assessments, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training curriculum and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and industry trends.
• Guide students on interview preparation, banking etiquette, and real-time case studies.
• Maintain high training quality and ensure strong placement outcomes for candidates.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 8–15 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Experience at AVP / VP level or similar leadership role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, credit, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.
• Strong presentation and people management abilities.
