👉 No Fees – Call HR directly at: +91 8697960822 We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Banking Data Entry & Scanning Executive (Back-end Processing) to manage digital documentation and input banking data accurately into systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for banking data entry, scanning physical documents, indexing, verifying, and maintaining data integrity within company records. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate banking data entry into core systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents accurately. Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive banking information. Manage and organize electronic files and records systematically. Coordinate with other departments to collect or provide required data. Perform routine backups and ensure document storage compliance. Operate scanners, photocopiers, and other office equipment as needed. Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualification is Graduate. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and precision. Basic knowledge of document management/banking systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience1–2 years of experience in banking data entry and/or document scanning roles preferred, though freshers with strong typing and computer skills may also apply. Work EnvironmentOffice-based role with desk work and occasional physical document handling.
