Job Title: Video KYC Executive (Kotak Mahindra Bank) Location: Noida, Sector-125 Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank Job Type: Full-Time Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male candidates only Education: Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) or higher Age Limit: Up to 30 years Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Job Responsibilities:Conduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process through video calls Connect with customers and verify identity and documentation as per regulatory and bank guidelines Ensure that the KYC process is completed by the actual customer (Right Party Verification) Cross-sell relevant banking products and services during the interaction Provide accurate and complete information regarding cross-sell products to customers Build and maintain positive customer relationships during and after the KYC process Follow up with customers via callbacks if they are unavailable initially Ensure timely completion of follow-ups and documentation Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of banking and KYC processes Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving approach Ability to handle video calls professionally Sales aptitude for cross-selling banking products Compensation & Benefits:Take-Home Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹19,000 per month Additional Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) + Health Insurance How to Apply:Interested candidates can call or WhatsApp for more details: Contact: HR Rohan – +91 81778 71758
