Banking Documentation Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Banking Documentation Associate to manage and coordinate all banking-related documentation processes. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance in all forms, agreements, and communications exchanged between our fintech platform and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the preparation, review, and submission of banking-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external bank representatives for documentation needs.
• Ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain proper records and update documentation logs regularly.
• Assist in opening and managing corporate accounts, vendor payouts, and related KYC formalities.
• Address documentation discrepancies and follow up for resolutions.
• Stay up to date with compliance requirements and industry standards related to banking operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking documentation, operations, or a similar role (preferably in a fintech or financial services company).
• Strong understanding of banking processes, KYC norms, and documentation protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital documentation tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in or with fintech companies.
• Familiarity with digital onboarding and payment gateway documentation processes.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
