Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Coordination Executive to manage all banking-related activities and perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily banking transactions including fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT, cheque deposits, etc.
Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Liaise with banks for account-related queries, fund disbursement.
Monitor and manage multiple bank accounts across projects and branches.
Assist in maintaining cash flow and fund position reports.
Ensure timely updation of receipts, payments, and bank charges.
Coordinate with the accounts payable/receivable team for banking entries.

Skill Set Required

Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
Familiar with Tally ERP / Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of banking procedures and instruments.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Experience in the real estate or construction sector will be an advantage.
