Banking - Business Analytics Int Analyst - Officer

As a member of the Business Execution Team at Citi, your role will involve supporting Business Managers in conducting analysis and research to aid strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting Business Managers in planning and strategizing effectively by analyzing internal business metrics data and wallet analysis - Supporting various franchise initiatives and internal strategy presentations - Communicating with bankers, Business Managers, and product partners on business metrics such as client prioritization, coverage, revenue, returns, and pipeline - Preparing reports and presentations on franchise performance focusing on revenue and backlog analysis - Conducting revenue analysis and investigating discrepancies in revenue booking - Tracking Wallet Ranking and Market Share to ensure data accuracy - Providing various reporting and analyses related to metrics like Revenues, Wallet, OSUC, RORC, RWA, ROTCE to assist senior management in running the franchise - Adding value to routine deliverables through self-analysis and commentary - Mentoring junior team members and supporting seniors in complex projects and team initiatives Skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with solid/advanced functionalities - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Inquisitive, proactive, and detail-oriented - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload - Ability to manage confidential data - Good understanding of Financial Concepts - Expertise in Tableau, VBA Macros, and SQL is an added plus Please note that this role is full-time and falls under the Job Family Group of Decision Management and the Job Family of Business Analysis at Citi.
