About EnKash: EnKash is currently looking for an experienced and strategic professional to join as a Manager Banking & Alliances in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem, driving embedded finance initiatives, and establishing critical infrastructure for our product offerings. The position is crucial for influencing EnKash's growth, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: - Strengthen existing relationships to identify joint business opportunities and foster growth through co-branded initiatives and integrated services. - Develop joint go-to-market strategies, including affiliate programs, bundled offerings, and aligned customer acquisition activities. - Stay updated on evolving fintech trends and regulatory changes to drive innovation and ensure partner readiness. - Ensure that all alliances comply with regulatory, risk, and legal standards by implementing robust processes and conducting due diligence. - Lead strategic initiatives like BIN sponsorships, escrow management, co-lending, and operational banking support in partnership with ecosystem partners. Desired Skills & Experience: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (an MBA is preferred). - At least 5 years of experience in banking alliances, fintech partnerships, or business development in a B2B setting. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and engage in cross-functional collaborations. - Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage company is a plus.
