We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.The Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.The team is focused on revision of lease and abstraction of critical financial and non-financial terms into client lease administration systems. You will be responsible for all activities pertaining to the overall lease administration process, completion of standard and non-standard tasks within the defined scope, delivery within defined SLAs of the project and the independent management of multiple deals. You will also be required to apply appropriate procedures to ensure accuracy of output and strive for continuous improvement. What are we looking for? Adaptable and flexible Agility for quick learning Strong domain expertise in Lease Abstract, Lease Setup, Recovery Set-Up, Tower Lease Abstraction/Set-up, CAM Billing & Lease Audit processes. Manage queries and clarifications from the Client Analyze complex deals and provide guidance to team members Perform Review and provide feedback to abstractors. Very good written English communication Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses Analytical and Reasoning skill Attention to detail Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement Knowledge in CRE Softwares such as Yardi/MRI/JDE etc would be added advantage Roles and Responsibilities: Abstracting the Key information (Financial Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet. Abstracting / Reviewing the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the Lease Abstract Form. Analyzing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems Your day-to-day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors You may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments You will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders Qualifications BCom,Any Graduation
