Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell home loan products to new and existing customers.
Assess customer requirements and financial status to recommend suitable loan options.
Collect and verify all required documents for loan applications.
Coordinate with underwriting and risk teams for loan approvals.
Ensure timely and accurate loan disbursals.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, interest rates, and competitor products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and real estate agents.
Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and internal policies.
Achieve monthly sales and processing targets.
Provide post-sanction service and support to customers.
Location: Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad
