Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality

    viennoiserie

    : croissants, brioches, danishes, etc.
  • Handle all aspects of

    sourdough bread production

    : feeding starters, fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking
  • Bake classic and modern

    cheesecakes

    with consistency
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, consistency, and presentation
  • Oversee mise en place, baking schedules, and recipe adherence
  • Assist in R&D for new seasonal items
  • Guide and train junior staff or assistants

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6

    years of experience

    in artisan bakeries or hotel pastry kitchens
  • Expertise in

    laminated dough
