Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹24,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role

Demould is seeking a committed and skilled Commis 2 – Bakery Chef to join our kitchen team at Mayapuri. The chef will primarily be responsible for cookie and bakery production, maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards under the guidance of our senior chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily preparation and baking of cookies and other bakery items (tea cakes, brownies, etc.)
• Follow standard recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation at all times
• Handle baking equipment and ovens with care and responsibility
• Ensure all production meets Demould’s quality and presentation standards
• Work as part of a team and support other chefs during high-volume production
• Maintain stock levels of ingredients and notify the kitchen head when replenishment is needed
• Participate in periodic deep cleaning and kitchen maintenance
• Adhere to FSSAI and internal food safety protocols

Who You Are

• Minimum 1–2 years of bakery production experience in a professional kitchen setup
• Knowledge of cookie and basic bakery production techniques (creaming, mixing, baking, cooling, packing)
• Punctual, clean, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willing to learn and take feedback positively
• Able to work in rotational shifts and during peak festive production
• Team player with a positive and respectful attitude
