As we build out the next phase of our brand — including a full-scale bread and viennoiserie program — we’re looking for passionate professionals to join the journey and help shape what India eats next.

About the Role:

lead product development, train teams, and bring structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production of breads, viennoiserie, cookies, and related bakery products
• Develop and standardize recipes for sourdough, laminated doughs, and other artisan breads
• Maintain high quality, hygiene, and consistency in output across batches
• Work with R&D and management teams to launch new products and seasonal specials
• Train junior team members in techniques, equipment handling, and SOPs
• Oversee ingredient planning, proofing schedules, baking timings, and temperature control

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of professional experience in artisanal bakery or patisserie kitchens
• Strong knowledge of

  bread fermentation, laminated doughs, and bakery science

• Hands-on experience in

  sourdough, croissants, focaccia, brioche, danishes, cookies, etc.

• Familiarity with scaling up recipes for central kitchen environments
• Structured, process-driven mindset with attention to hygiene and documentation
• Bonus if you’ve worked in multi-outlet bakeries or high-volume production kitchens
