Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur Nagar for a Bag Merchandiser. The Bag Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising of bags, ensuring an appealing presentation to attract customers and drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing product displays, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing market trends to optimize product offerings. The Bag Merchandiser will also collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail environments
• Marketing knowledge and experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with the leather products market is a plus
• Previous experience as a merchandiser or similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
