About the Role:

A well-established Badminton Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Education professional to join as Academy Coordinator. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, coordinating training programs, and supporting the academy’s growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate academy activities, ensuring smooth operations and quality standards.
• Support and guide badminton coaches in delivering structured training sessions.
• Manage scheduling, planning, and execution of programs and events.
• Foster a positive learning environment for players of different age groups and skill levels.
• Liaise with management, coaches, parents, and players for effective communication.
• Contribute to the academy’s long-term development strategy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
• Strong background in badminton (coaching and/or coordination).
• Previous experience in managing sports academies or structured training programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
