Job Title: Back Office Executive

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations in Maheshtala. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, be proficient with computers, and possess strong follow-up and coordination skills. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth backend operations and maintaining accurate records in our growing jute bag manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company data, records, and documentation accurately
• Handle day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks
• Perform regular follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare reports and maintain data logs as required
• Support the management with data entry, file management, and basic correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in back-office or administrative roles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
