About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Operations Executive to manage and support our online portal. The ideal candidate will have experience in call center/BPO environments and possess strong computer and communication skills. This role involves monitoring portal activities, resolving backend issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations of the portal.
• Update, maintain, and verify data on the portal.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and operational issues.
• Handle customer or client backend support as needed (non-voice/limited voice).
• Track and report operational metrics and performance data.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Undergraduate from any stream.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Call Center/BPO/Backend operations.
• Strong computer literacy with expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
