Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Backend-Focused Full Stack Developer


What You’ll Do
  • Architect and optimize the backend to support 5–7 new features in the first month
  • Design and manage scalable database solutions — starting with MongoDB, later migrating to SQL with zero data loss
  • Build APIs and ensure seamless enterprise integrations (SAP, DMS, Project Online MSP, and others)
  • Optimize system response times to under 2 seconds with scalable backend architecture
  • Implement structured testing and monitoring to ensure 95%+ bug-free deployments
  • Train the client team on backend design, API usage, and hybrid development workflows
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong expertise in backend development

    with hands-on experience in database schema design, optimization, and migrations (MongoDB → SQL)
  • Proven ability to build and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with enterprise systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise-grade security, data handling, and scalability best practices
  • Experience with hybrid mobile environments (Flutter Flow + custom Flutter) to support frontend delivery
  • Strong testing, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on knowledge transfer
