Backend Incharge in solar module manufacturing

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Incharge in solar module manufacturing located in Ambala. The Backend Incharge will be tasked with overseeing day-to-day production planning, quality control, and overall manufacturing operations. Responsibilities will include managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, coordinating with different departments, and optimizing operational efficiency to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations
• Proficiency in Operations Management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
