Job Description

As a Franchise Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing franchise agreements, files, and related documentation. Your duties will include maintaining and updating project trackers, key directories, and operational records such as MOMs and reports. You will also be required to prepare necessary documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal and franchise use. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing professional communication via email for franchise operations and providing support for overall coordination tasks related to franchise development and operational processes. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate degree and proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal English skills are essential, along with a detail-oriented approach and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and coordination skills are also key requirements for this position. Ideally, you should have at least 12 years of experience in backend operations.
